Q: Who is this training program for?
A: This program is for anyone ready to achieve their dream body, build strength, and look great. It’s designed for all ages, all genders, and all fitness levels, whether you’re just starting out or aiming to take your training to the next level.
Q: What If I can't perform, or don't have access to an exercise?
A: No problem at all. Every exercise can be swapped out for an alternative that works the same muscles and delivers similar results. I’ll provide substitutions and modifications so you can keep progressing no matter your equipment, gym setup, or ability level.
Q: What If I lose motivation?
