This is the perfect workout for those of you who perhaps do not have access to a gym. You may well have some weights at home and are not sure quite what to do with them. OR you may be experienced in using weights at home or in the gym but just want to try something new.

This workout will target all major muscle groups. Be hard work at times but also has a bit of fun in there too!

Who is this workout for?
I strongly believe that as we get older we should all do some form of resistance training to help combat the loss of bone density and our age related declining muscle mass. Lifting weights does not have to be scary and it is something that anyone can do. Resistance Training is proven to help.

I came into exercise and fitness in my late 30's. I had undergone major spinal surgery and had to essentially learn to walk and move again. Exercise has been my go to ever since.
