A 16 week Full Spectrum Lifting program designed for anyone looking to increase strength, power, muscle mass, and general usefulness as a human being. This program is consistent with a general overall “get bigger, faster, stronger and look damn good while doing it” mentality.

This program has been used for numerous individuals looking to gain the "full spectrum" of athletic and aestheic qualities.

If you're interested in increasing strength, power, muscle mass, and physical prowess then this program is absolutely for you.
How long is each training session?
Right around one hour per training session.
I'm relatively new to training. Am I ready for this?
Every exercise listed in this program can be scaled down if needed. So yes you are ready.
I don't have a gym membership.
This program can easily be run out of a garage gym setup.
