This 10 week program, 3 sessions per week, will get any middle schooler moving more efficiently, more explosively, and with confidence.

Body awareness can be tough when going through growth spurts. Coaches talk about it all the time, we see athletes that get tall fast or put weight on quickly and it can be hard for a young athlete determined to perform at the level they expect themselves too, when "they haven't molded into their new body". This program will help a young athlete to gain that proprioception they are missing to make the plays on the field they want to make.

Coordination
Coordination is very important especially for middle school athletes. Being able to make quick movements and have better control over your body provides a huge advantage over the competition. Our program focuses on improving athletic movement patterns for our athletes which leads to success in any sport and is a great foundation for all athletes.

Consistency
Consistency is extremely important especially for middle school kids. Being able to have a set plan for the week is great because it allows athletes to be more productive with their time. Not only is this great for their athletic performance, they can carry over these positive habits into the classroom. Consistency is something that benefits every part of your life.

Translation To The Field
The greatest benefit to our program is how well it translates to all sports. We integrate exercises that are similar to the movements our athletes are making in game, so that the next time they have to make a quick stop on a route or balance after jumping for a rebound, they will be much better prepared. We focus on lateral movements which are very beneficial in improving explosiveness.

Speed & Quickness
Our program allows our athletes to substantially improve their overall agility. Whether it be making a quick turn on the ice or making a move past a defender in soccer, our athletes are much faster due to the exercises that they are performing here. We incorporate many lateral movements in order for our athletes to be quicker moving horizontally.
