Congratulations!! You've made a commitment to compete in the HYROX event.

You invest a lot for this commitment: Sweat, muscle soreness, adjusting your daily schedule to train, sacrificing time with others, entrance fee, gym membership, flights, hotel, food. IT WILL BE WORTH IT, there is no better feeling then crossing the finish line, you'll get hooked and want to compete again to beat your first time.

This is a serious commitment, you don't want to go into it unprepared. Here is where OUTPUT Performance and Rehab comes into play...we have a proven program to give you the best chance to succeed.

You will love the Trainheroic app, it's user friendly and you can track your workouts.
OUTPUT will provide 4 workouts / week.
After a long day at work or in class you'll be happy to have a set workout when you get to the gym. - no more "What should I do today?" or "Will I be ready on game day?" Also, our HYROX workouts are sport specific...100% aim to get your prepared to compete in HYROX.

We take care of the strength and conditioning programming, YOU EXECUTE IT!

Yes there are a lot of good exercises on social media but you need to know: if, where and when to put them into your program. OUTPUT will take care of those details. p.s. our sessions are approximately .75 cents US per workout...not bad huh
