The Explosive Athlete Blueprint is a 12 week off-season speed, power, and strength program built for athletes who want to get faster, jump higher, build strength, and move with more confidence.
This program combines acceleration work, max velocity sprinting, plyometrics, med ball throws, strength training, mobility, recovery, and performance testing. You will train 3 main days per week with optional skill and active recovery days built in.
