A straight forward program for the golfer who is committed to being better in all parts of the game, including life itself. The program is based on a scientifically proven structure and results from players I work with on the professional tours. You can expect to challenge your whole body and you don't have to fear seeing the ineffective ''golf specific '' exercises in the program. This is not a speed specific program, but don't be surprised if you pick up a few miles per hour.
