Coach Bird opened Unbridled Strength and Performance in his mother's basement in 2020. Since then he has built his gym in a shipping container using the unique setup to build a system of training that has helped dozens of people get stronger, move better, and most importantly COMPETE with the equal or greater talents in their respective fields.
