Circuit - Active Recovery Day

Be as ACTIVE as you can, like: - Intentional walking. Shoot for 30 minutes with feet to the earth and sun in the eyes and skin! - Park further away from the grocery store. - Put your shopping cart away at the shopping cart return AND help other carts do the same :) - Take the stairs instead of the elevator at work. - House and yard work. - Say "YES" to playing with the kiddos. Go the extra mile with them today. But NO specific "training" on this day.

Fitness after loss

Verified Athlete

"I absolutely love all of the flexibility built into the program. Even if I just do the warm up, strength, and cool down, I feel like I've accomplished something as opposed to the old days where if I modified I felt I wasn't doing enough. This is exactly what I needed during this season!"

From babies to Brazen

Verified Athlete

"This was EXACTLY what I needed to get back into the swing of things after having my second baby. I was nervous about where to begin with fitness and I loved the level of detail and slow progressions of this program. I feel so much more confident in my movement now!"
