No. The program is fully functional with minimal equipment: dumbbells/kettlebells + bands.
What if I miss a session for a surf
Epic. Simply reschedule that session to another day with no waves!
Is this safe for kids?
Yes — this is an ideal program for youth athletes to learn how to train correctly
I already surf a lot — will this be too much?
