The Fit by Frank Home Body Blueprint (HBB) is a 9 week program that I've created based on 8 years of personal fitness training. The program is designed for the busy individual looking for improvement in strength, functionality, and appearance without ever leaving home. Broken into 3 phases with exercises and modifications that build off of each other, The HBB allows you time to learn each movement and see real improvement over the course of 9 weeks.

This program was written for the individual who wants to get in shape at home. The only mandatory equipment is dumbbells, and resistance bands. Use of suspension trainer and an adjustable bench are written and used in the program but are not mandatory. These workouts are quick but intense; each workout last between 45-50 minutes, and results are directly tied to the degree you challenge yourself! Results occur when skilled programming is met with an equal level of intensity.

Walk the Walk
Not only have I been training various populations for 8 years, but I took charge of my own life 11 years ago and lost over 100 lbs, and have kept it off ever since. The discipline that I ask of you in this program, is a discipline that I require of myself each day.

Less than 1 hour a day
You can train hard, or you can train long, but you can't do both. The HBB was written for the no nonsense individual looking to train hard, get results and move on to the next part of their day.

Remove the guess work from strength work
I've met many folks who don't know where to start when it comes to strength training. With the HBB you'll have a forever template to build strength, develop muscle and improve your functionality and appearance. With thorough instruction and video demonstration you'll know exactly how and why were doing what we're doing week in and week out.

No gym membership, no problem!
I've had many gym memberships in the past. And honestly, I've made the most progress training out of my home gym for the last 3 years! A pair of adjustable dumbbells and decent resistance bands pales in comparison to what you'll pay annually for a gym membership, as well as dealing with busy crowds during peak hours and waiting for equipment.

FAQs
How is this program different from the full body blueprint?
The main difference between the HBB and the FBB is that the HBB is designed for the minimally equipped home gym trainee, and the FBB for those with access to a fully equipped gym. There are a lot of overlap between the two, but there are still different methods of programming in the HBB vs the FBB.
What kind of dumbbells do you recommend?
I highly recommend any adjustable dumbbell up to 50 lbs. If you're a stronger individual they make some as high as 100 lbs but they do get pricier. My preferred brand is Powerblock Dumbbells, but any other major retailer works. You can find many brands on amazon.
What kind of resistance bands do you recommend?
I recommend interchangeable/adjustable resistance bands that you can purchase on Amazon. Don't skimp on bands! These adjustable bands often come with carabiners for more secure attachment and the band tension is usually labeled on each. Having a variety of tension makes for challenging sets.
Who is this program for?
For anyone training at home! If you haven't strength trained before this is a great place to start. If you are a seasoned trainee but need some direction or structure, the HBB will also work for you. If you're a more advanced trainee this program still works, but you'll need heavier dumbbells!
Is nutritional coaching provided?
No, nutritional guidance is not included in the program. The duty of a professional is to stay within their scope. While I have earned a nutrition coach certification, I'm not qualified to provide large scale nutritional advice. Strength & Conditioning is my deal.
Is cardio involved?
Yes, but not intense 90% max heart rate cardio. I realize that those interested in this program don't have ample to time to spend working out. BUT, between strength training days brisk walks or cycling starting with 30 minutes up to 45 minutes is prescribed 2-3x per week to aid in recovery.
How does this program progress?
Like the FBB, the HBB is a 9 week program broken into 3 phases. The next phases is more difficult than the previous. Some movements are repeated throughout (ie Goblet Squat) but the repetitions are tailored to challenge you across all 9 weeks.
If I have access to kettlebells can I use those instead of dumbbells?
Yes! for most of these movements a KB should be just fine, but you may experience challenges when pressing. If you need any additional demo's using KB please reach out.
What if I have a limited set of dumbbells?
Then we make the best of what we got! If the program calls for a set of 8 but you don't have dumbbells heavy enough, knock out some extra reps, that's totally fine! As mentioned, this program is your forever strength template. Should you invest in heavier equipment you'll have a plan to refer to.

"I would refer to Frank as a Master Sculptor. I came to him tired and overweight. He transformed by body in a short period of time. When those results kick in you start eating right and everything starts rolling the right direction. Thank you brother Frank"

"I've been able to decrease my A1C from 9, which is very high to 5.5 in less than a year, build muscle that I've never had before and reduce fat. Still have a ways to go, but I know my progress would not be possible without Frank."
