Hello GANG, This is going to be a slow progression to bettering your bond with movement. So we start slow and work our way to more challenging activities and workouts every month.. 

Every rest day you have a journaling option on the appt! This is ensure that our mind is in sync with our bodies! Breaking patterns and growing past your barriers, this is all worth it! Trust the process, 

This program requires weight access and cardio access to start!  Cardio can be whatever you'd  like todo, I suggest to switch it up! go out side, walk, run, enjoy the sun, ride your bike etc!
