FAQs
Who is Young Built for?
Busy men and dads who want to get stronger and get back into a steady gym routine.
Do I need to train five days each week?
Five workouts are posted each week. If you have fewer days to train, ask Charles in the team chat which sessions to focus on.
Is this a custom training plan?
Everyone follows the team plan. You choose weights that fit your strength and skill. Ask Charles in the team chat if you need help changing an exercise.
Can I ask the coach questions?
Yes. You can ask Charles training questions in the team chat. You can also share wins and connect with other members.
How is this different from Foundations?
The team follows an ongoing training schedule with new blocks over time. Foundations is a separate 12 week program that you buy once and start from Week 1.
