My goal with this group is very simple, use modern research on muscle physiology to give the best possible gains so you can maximize your potential.

Many coaches water down their programming and make it less effective to "entertain" because they're afraid if they don't, their clients will stop paying them. But are you paying to be entertained or to see progress. Here, the sole goal is to give the most effective and efficient programming possible.

The goal is to minimize fatigue while maximizing the hypertrophy stimulus. Many programs don't do this and are lacking in one of the departments at least. In this group, I make sure to deliver both so you can get ongoing results.

Ideally you do join at the start so you can run the block for enough time, but it is still 100% ok to join whenever.
Is this for beginner or advanced lifters?
