Year Round Strong is for the types of people that don't take life laying down. The ones who get up, grind, and tackle challenges head on. Year Round Strong is inspired by strongman training to make you more durable, resilient, and functional to handle all life has to throw at you. The program is four days a week and designed to get you stronger, stay fit and mobile, and always be ready.
