The hard work is sometimes the planning so I take that away from you and allow you to go into the gym with a pre made plan.

YES! this program is made for beginner-advanced lifters. Programming for beginner- advanced is no different. you can of course slowly work your way up to more intense sessions, but as far as the training its meant to fit anyone male or female.
