Wicked Athletic Concepts began in the Fall of 2018 in Laramie, Wyoming. We set out to answer a question, can you combine Weightlifting and Endurance Training to maximize your potential in CrossFit? It was a programming experiment that produced incredible results.
We operate on a tier system, prioritizing Strength and Endurance to set the foundation that is needed to excel in CrossFit. We pursue perfection in our movements and train with purpose. You will find 2 distinct tracks with our programming. 6 days a week of CrossFit and Endurance or 5 days a week of Weightlifting. You can decide which track fulfills your needs and makes your weaknesses your strengths. Generally, these workouts play well with each other so you can craft our programming to your unique goals!
