Wicked Athletic Concepts began in the Fall of 2018 in Laramie, Wyoming. We set out to answer a question, can you combine Weightlifting and Endurance Training to maximize your potential in CrossFit? It was a programming experiment that produced incredible results.

We operate on a tier system, prioritizing Strength and Endurance to set the foundation that is needed to excel in CrossFit. We pursue perfection in our movements and train with purpose. You will find 2 distinct tracks with our programming. 6 days a week of CrossFit and Endurance or 5 days a week of Weightlifting. You can decide which track fulfills your needs and makes your weaknesses your strengths. Generally, these workouts play well with each other so you can craft our programming to your unique goals!

Prioritize Strength
Truth be told, too many CrossFit programs lack the strength volume needed to improve athletes. We prioritize strength to ensure each athlete has the baseline capacity needed to smash those strength-based WODs. In addition, having strength endurance gives each athlete the upper hand when the long cardio intense WODs show up. This "base" is the secret sauce to our programming.

Build Endurance
Strength is great, but it needs something more, Endurance. Endurance is the second layer of priority in our programming. With great endurance, an athlete has the ability to recover quickly and shave time from or add reps to their performances. This layer improves our athletes and gives them an edge in all modalities of WODs.

Practice Advanced Skills
As we build your Strength and Endurance we will also prioritize skill acquisition. Skills are the 3rd element that we improve to build your abilities to succeed in CrossFit. Toes to Bar, Bar Muscle Ups, Ring Muscle Ups, Box Jumps, Double-Unders, Running Mechanics, Workout Pacing and more, we will build your platform and give your the tools to crush WODs.

The piece that makes us different, direct coaching. We will communicate with you and make your success our priority. Through the TrainHeroic app, we will have direct contact with you and the Wicked Athletic Concept Team. We will make sure you are taken care of day in and day out. Regular check-ups and performance tracking will keep us on target, together.
