For individuals ready to go beyond the average. From average joes trying to live limitless, to elite lifters and athletes who want maximize performance, all the way to first responders and military personnel trying to build athleticism and improve their proficiency this is for you.

This is program includes FOUR main strength sessions(2 lower sessions and 2 upper session) with the days in between each session devoted to conditioning and GPP(general physical preparedness).

The goal:

To take people from average to supreme Individuals capable of doing supreme things and build a strong and supportive community that will push each other to unleash their full potential.

My experience entails 7 years working in physical therapy, over 5 years coaching, 2 years working with athletes, 2 degrees in exercise science and background in Powerlifting, Strongman, and BJJ.
