Team Vitality is designed to be the most well-rounded, minimal effective dose strength and conditioning program possible. It's intended for anyone who wants to maximize strength and performance while simultaneously minimizing injury risk, burnout, and time spent in the gym. This is the exact program that Coach Daniel Reuben follows to continue improving his fitness despite a busy medical school schedule.
In creating the framework for this program, Daniel carefully partitions elements of powerlifting, bodybuilding, cardiovascular endurance and mobility into 4 training sessions in the gym and 1 recovery session at home. Sessions are often full-body workouts with variable foci, and are designed to be completed in an hour or less.
Every movement programmed on Team Vitality will come with both a video demonstration and written coaching cues to help you perform the movements safely and efficiently.
