How many days per week will I need to train?
Vital Fitness athletes can expect 5 training days per week. Three days a week will be dedicated to strength training and two days will be dedicated to general physical preparedness.
Are there any prerequisites to this training program?
Vital Fitness is for experienced athletes and newbies alike; there are scaling options and accessory work to challenge any athlete and allow them to grow.
