The Kilo Physio Upper Body Enhancement Program is for you!

This program is meant to enhance your overhead strength, making your ability to lock out jerks and snatches without a pressout or miss! These will also increase your shoulder and elbow capacity, making it easier to push training harder with less worry of injury!

The program is designed by Dr. Ted Lim, DPT, a sports physical therapist that specalizes in rehabbing people that lift and has trained, competed, and coached in weightlifting and powerlifting since 2011. Dr. Ted has rehabbed and coached a variety of strength athletes, from beginners to national level lifters.

We will monitor how you're doing and help you modify exercises to fit you appropriately.

I've also done supertotal and competed in powerlifting several times. I combine my physical therapist background and my weightlifting experience to help strength athletes make gains and rehab injuries
