We'll focus on specific attributes and qualities an athlete should be able to express in each 6-8 week block of training. On top of the actual training, you'll be given educational material to clarify how these qualities show up in sports and when you should be focusing on them.

Who is this for?
This is for any athlete who wants to understand what key attributes are necessary to be a top competitor in their sport. Training will evolve and progress in line with some of these attributes that you'll love exploring.
What if I miss a day?
While there are 6 days of training given, not every session needs to be hit. I'll show you how to best optimise the weeks training around your sport so you get as many of the main sessions in as possible.
What should I expect on an average training day?
While the focus will change from block to block, you'll always have some basic strength or resistance work in there to keep the body in tip top shape. When we have a specific focus for a block (e.g. power) more of the training time will be dedicated to that attribute.
How much communication will I get with the coach?
You get access to a group chat held on the training platform. You can ask any questions you may have about the programme or a movement and expect a response within 24 hours from your coach (weekends: 24 - 48 hours).
