Ultimate Strength Athlete is a program for anyone looking to increase their athletic potential. I have combined my understanding of ultimate and sports training to create this year long program. The Ultimate Strength Athlete will help you increase your sprint speed, improve your vertical jump, and reduce chances of injury. You will go through off-season, pre-season, and in-season cycles. I have been an athlete all my life playing baseball and soccer before finding Ultimate Frisbee. I have played for the Madison Radicals since 2013.
