Do I need to be signed up for a HYROX race to join?
Not at all. Whether you’re prepping for a race or want a purpose-driven training plan, this team will help you build real and lasting strength and endurance.
What if I’ve never done a HYROX before?
That’s totally fine. The program includes coaching notes, scaling options, and progressions for every level. You’ll build the confidence and capacity to take on your first race (or your next one) with purpose.
How many days per week is the training?
Expect 4–6 training days per week, including strength, conditioning, and HYROX-specific sessions. You can scale it to your schedule and intensity needs with coach guidance provided in the app.
