Tristate Barbell's 5-day-a-week team weightlifting program is specifically designed to help athletes improve their movement patterns and skill strength, with the ultimate goal of competing at a higher level. Our expert coaches will guide you through each week, providing personalized feedback to ensure proper form and technique. With a focus on Olympic-style lifts such as the snatch and clean and jerk, you'll work to increase your power and explosiveness, building strength and endurance in the process.
