Athletic Training to meet the needs of athletes of all levels. Whether you're a young athlete looking to get started in the weight training game, or you've competed at the highest level and are looking to reach your potential, this training will take your athleticism to the NEXT LEVEL!

Basic strength training movements (squats, presses, deadlifts, cleans, and plyometric variations)

Each movement is progressed over time to ensure safety and maximum results.

This is the training I have personally used to take my athleticism to where it is today at 32 years old. I've built strength and athleticism using this simple protocol of varied strength and plyometric work and YOU CAN TOO!

Eliminate Pain, Increase Athleticism
I've been there... knees too painful to jump, shoulders and elbows irritated by throwing or lifting overhead, back causing a level of pain that takes me out of the game. Leave that behind and move into a life of athletic training that focuses on attacking your weaknesses and building your athleticism with the foundations of strength and plyometrics.
