Strength is your engine, and it lays the foundation for many of the other athletic qualities you need to dominate. You’ll build full body strength by mastering foundational movement patterns. Not only will you add muscle, but you’ll also improve your relative strength and your strength-to-weight ratio.

Speed is a weapon and we’ll sharpen it with focused sprint, acceleration, and deceleration work. Learn how to apply force into the ground efficiently so you can cover more ground as fast as possible. You'll blow by defenders faster than they can even react.

Coach Miro is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA-CSCS) and holds his Kinesiology Degree from Western University. He grew up playing basketball and became obsessed with learning about advanced training protocols and athletic development. He strives to help athletes reach their athletic potential and become undeniable.

Is this training only for basketball athletes?
No! This training will be emphasize overall athletic development. If that's a goal of yours, then you are more than welcome to tap in!
Do I need the required/recommended equipment?
Yes. Please only subscribe to this training team if you have access to at least power rack, barbell with weights, and dumbbells. Alternatives will be given for certain exercises but you will receive the most effective training by having that equipment.
How much communication will I receive with Coach Miro?
The communication and interaction you receive will be highly dependent on YOU! It is encouraged to make comments, submit videos, and reach out directly.
What if I want a training program that is more individualized?
