4-days per week of functional training designed to prepare you for everyday life.
Day 1 & 3 are full body sessions where you will squat, hinge, push, pull, and carry; all the movement patterns you encounter on a day to day basis. This will also include an optional conditioning session that you can complete before or after the weight session.
Day 2 & 4 are functional metabolic conditioning sessions. Be prepared to Row, Slam, Push, Pull, Jump, Bike, Run, and anything in between. Train4Life and stay ready for anything it throws at you!
