This training team is built for someone who want to jump higher, move faster, and become more explosive. Whether you are an athlete of any level, a coach that wants to help get their athletes better results, or someone that just enjoys training like an athlete, this training team is for you.

My name is YIming Tian, and this training team is the CURRENT program that I RUN myself. I am a high school basketball and volleyball strength and conditioning coach who doesn’t just coach explosiveness, I also do the work MYSELF. After years of coaching and refining my own training, I improved my own athleticism enough to dunk — and have also helped my athletes significantly increase their vertical jumps and overall performance as well.

What this program entails:

  • 3 full body strength training sessions per week, with an occasional arm day
    • This includes olympic lifts derivatives, main compound movements like Squats and RDL's, as well as hypertrophy/bodybuilding and machine work
    • Weight room sessions also include additional jump training such as box jumps, broad jumps ect.
  • Sprints and plyometrics 2-3x per week
    • This includes extensive plyometrics like pogos, as well as intensive plyos like sprinting, bounding and hopping
