FAQs
Can i do this program if i am not an athlete?
Absolutely! anyone can do this program and get the benefits from this style of training. As a retired athlete, I have designed this program with the right balance to build and maintain muscle , whilst improving cardio health as I age.
Does it matter if i cant do all of the sessions?
Not everyone has the ability to train multiple times per week due to time constraints, and thats ok. The gym sessions are fully body, so one or 2 sessons per week are better than none! Maybe you dont want to do the interval sessions- swap these out for steady state walks.
What if I dont have a bike?
The bike sessions can done on a bike at the gym, home trainer, ergo, airdyne, you could even swap the same efforts out for running or a treadmill if that is more your thing. However, a bike is far less impact on the joints.
Can ladies do this program too?
Yes this program can be done by both men and women
