Ready to take your training to the next level? My name is Brittany Isenhour. I played college and professional soccer and I am so excited to bring you my strength and conditioning programming here on TrainHeroic.

I created these programs based on my experience at the Division 1 and Professional level. These programs are for athletes of all ages, field positions, and experience levels. The goal is simple: Improve your strength & conditioning so you can show up on the field confident and ready to perform your best.

By joining my team, you’ll gain an all-access pass to all 5 programs that I offer. I have both 8 week and 12 week lifting and fitness programs. The only difference between these programs is the time; I wanted to give people different options based on the length of their off-season. I also have a 7 day/week training program which is a balanced mix of strength & conditioning and can be followed at any time.

Who is this program for?
These training programs are for soccer players of all ages - youth to college. The workouts are designed to meet you at your fitness level and challenge you regardless of your age, experience, or field position.
What if I have a question about a workout?
You will have 1:1 access to Brittany for any questions or explanations through the app.
Can you explain the different offerings?
There are 8 and 12 week lifting & fitness programs that are available based on your offseason length. Additionally, I have 7 day/week programming that is updated every single week so you will always have a pro-level workout to follow! By subscribing, you gain an all-access pass to all 5 programs!
How long are the workouts?
Each workout is designed to be completed in 60 minutes or less, most falling within 30-45 minutes. We want the sessions to be intense and intentional but don't want you to be in the gym for hours a day.
