Generation Strength

Powerlifting, Strength & Conditioning
Coach
Chris Bridgeford

From day one, the goal of Generation Strength has been to provide athletes of all levels the tools they need to reach their goals and set themselves apart from their competitors.

The Generation Strength Team Program utilizes a unique hybrid-model structured with SBD only Days and Priming Days that allow lifters to focus on developing the skills they need for success with a high level of intent.

SBD only days are focused on developing a lifters skill (competition lifts) and training challenging variations to strengthen the primary lifts. Priming Days allow lifters to focus on the other crucial training aspects away from the barbell: hypertrophy, work capacity, and recovery.

This program was written by Chris Bridgeford. Chris is a multi-sport athlete with a focus on Powerlifting. Over the years he has competed at an international level; coached hundreds of athletes, several being All-TIme World Record holders. You will find the same methods and principles used by these individuals while training on this team.

Everyone has their 'why', we can show you how.

Train at a High Intensity
In order to get better at lifting heavy, we have to lift heavy. In this program, we will train at high intensities on a weekly basis. Doing so in a calculated manner will allow lifters to develop their skill and confidence with handling heavier weights.

Accountability
Chris and the other coaches at Generation Strength have competed at the highest levels in the sport of powerlifting. You will have access to these coaches while following this program. You will learn the "how" and the "why" so that you can gain the knowledge and confidence to handle your own training.

Strengthen Your Weaknesses
Building and strengthening our weaknesses is a big part of our training philosophy at Generation Strength. You will do the same while training on this team. We cover all of our bases with stability focused corrective movements, hypertrophy training, and weekly conditioning/aerobic work to build our work capacity.
