This subscription has WEEKLY UPDATED WORKOUTS that are universal for people with varying equipment access.
4 workouts per week.
2 strength-based & 2-cardio/HIIT based.

This team can complete workouts at gym or with home equipment such as dbells and resistance bands.

There is a cardio aspect to this team! We will be running some sprint intervals and miles unless you chose to do alternative cardio options.
