TLC Athlete will bring you back to your college days where you are consistently training and are part of a team. The TLC program will help you look better, feel better and move better! Are you tired of doing random things at the gym and seeing no progress? Get back to feeling strong, explosive, athletic and powerful! You will build a foundation for strength, power, and mobility through progressive, simple and effective exercises. The program is 3 days a week with the ability to adjust to your own schedule as well as new programs every 4 weeks!
