How long are the workouts?
On average 45-60 minutes. Busy lifestyles don't always allow for long, drawn out sessions. We need to get in, be efficient and as effective as possible.
Is this geared towards men or can women do it too?
Anyone can do it. It's full body strength and conditioning. If you're interested in more individualized programming, or specialty/sport specific training, inquire about custom programming.
What if I don't have the equipment or cannot do the movements?
There are substitutions and recommendations for each movement pattern. If this still isn't enough, inquire about custom programming.
