Athletic Strength is an ongoing performance focused training team built for lifters who want more than just numbers on a barbell.

This program combines Olympic lifting, Powerlifting, explosive training, and athletic movement into a system designed to build real-world strength, speed, and functionality that you can pull on in any instance.

The goal isn’t bodybuilding, aesthetics, or single lane competitiveness . It’s building stronger, faster, more athletic lifters who still move with intent and train like athletes.

The same training systems that allowed me to get invites to (and podium) multiple national and international competitions across Weightlifting and Strongman.

Is this beginner friendly?
Best suited to lifters with some barbell/Weightlifting experience.
Is this bodybuilding focused?
No. The focus is strength, power, athleticism, and long term performance. Building muscle is just a happy accident.
Can I run or do sport alongside this?
Yes. The programme is designed to support athletic performance outside the gym. If you struggle to understand how that looks, reach out.
