The Training Lab Small Group Training is the same programming that is done at our brick and mortar location in Weston, MA. This program is a 3 day a week full body strength training program. Training cycles run for 4 weeks to allow adequate time to improve on each lift.
Nicole is the owner of The Training Lab and has been a certified personal trainer for 8 years. She enjoys working with clients of all ages and ability levels. She is very passionate about teaching women how to lift weights and empowering them to be the strongest version of themselves!
