Justin Varner CPT & Retired US Army Combat Medic is bringing you the tactical athlete program. Rotating through various training phases of stabilization endurance, hypertrophy, maximal strength, and power to get you ready for anything that your tactical environment throws at you. Let me help you get ready for selection, boot camp, BUDS, Airborne School, The Tactical Games, or whatever your Tactical Endeavor is. I have performed at some of the highest level of tactical athletics from competing in the US Army Best Medic Competition to The Tactical Games in the Mens Elite Division at Regional and National level Competitions. I know what it takes to become the best of the best physically in a tactical environment, and I know that The Tactical Athlete will get you to the level that you need to be at. Our programming is typically one session per day with an optional second session for cardio 3-5 days per week. I highly recommend performing both sessions either together or separate to get the most out of our training. However, we understand that life happens and ensure you that you will still get incredible results from following our main session only.

Tactical Readiness
Wars are won before a single shot is fired. That same philosophy is used for Tactical Athletes. Ensuring readiness for your tactical environment takes time, and you need to be prepared for the unexpected. By following our daily programming we will give you the variety and intensity of training needed to conquer any tactical environment. With that being said, COME TRAIN WITH US!

Will this help me prepare for bootcamp or a first responder academy?
YES! With years of experience training soldiers, law enforcement officers, and fire fighters. I know what it takes for you to succeed in your tactical environment. If you are someone who wants to make sure that you are over prepared for the training you are going through this program is for you.
I am getting ready for a specialty school is this plan intense enough
Yes, we are programming to get people to the point to where they feel physically ready to succeed through any speciality school or special forces selection process. If your school or selection requires swimming, message me on the app and I will tweak what's needed to incorporate swimming.
I don't have some of the equipment for this weeks programming
If this is something that you find happens to you during a week of programming, message me through the app and I will give you scaling options to get the same stimulus as everyone else. Usually, I will already have notes up for an alternate option.
