The Tactical Athlete is an elite level Tactical athletics program that brings individuals up to par on the everyday fitness requirements to become a successful professional in the LEO, Military, and Tactical Games environment. Out goal is to get you to a point to where you look great in the mirror, but are also able to perform at the highest level no matter the environment. Let Justin help you get ready for selection, boot camp, BUDS, SWAT, The Tactical Games, or whatever your Tactical Endeavor is. He has performed at the highest level of tactical athletics from competing in the US Army Best Medic Competition to The Tactical Games in the Mens Elite Division at Regional and National level. He knows what it takes to become the best of the best physically and has the knowledge to back it up being certified as a NASM Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Performance Enhancement Specialist. He knows that The Tactical Athlete will get you to the level that you need to be at in order to succeed in any tactical environment, our programming is typically one session per day five days per week. Lets put in the work together and be prepared to perform the best you ever have.

Justin is a certified personal trainer with over 8 years of training experience. He is a retired US Army Combat Medic and current USMC Officer who has competed in the USA Best Medic Competition and has attended training events like Pre-Ranger and OCS. Justin is also a competitor in The Tactical Games where he is constantly progressing his training to perform optimally in any tactical environment.
