Can I run this program at home?
This particular program is designed to be run in a gym, but the at-home minimal equipment version is coming soon - stay tuned!
While this program is designed to provide a base of strength, muscle and movement fluency for beginners, it's got great carryover as a hypertrophy block for intermediate and advanced lifters as well!
Do I have to run the program exactly as written?
While sticking to the program exactly would be ideal, life happens - I recommend training 1-4 times a week full body as life/recovery allows, with 20-40 minutes of low impact cardio and stretching on rest days.
