What kind if Split/Program is this?
This is a 5x/week split. It is broken down as follows: Legs, Push, Pull, Upper, Lower. This means we are going to be targeting every muscle group minimum 2x/week.
Is this 1-on-1 Coaching?
This is more of a group training program. As a group we will all being doing these workouts and tracking them as we go. Within the community chat I will be providing form checks to those uploading videos, and answering any questions that is asked! I am here to help guide you along the way!
