Unlike generic programs, this system is built from an athletic performance lens first. Every phase is designed to directly transfer to sport—improving rotational power, acceleration, deceleration, and movement quality.

As a former Division I golfer and professional competitor on the PGA TOUR Americas and Asian Tour, I built this system from real experience in high-performance environments. It bridges the gap between strength training and sport performance.

Each training block is structured and progressive, focusing on long-term development rather than random workouts. Athletes follow a clear system that builds week to week, improving strength levels, speed, club head velocity, and overall athletic output.

Speed and power development are key pillars of the program. Athletes are trained to move with intent and maximal effort to improve explosiveness and neuromuscular efficiency, directly impacting performance in sport.

Strength training is used to build a foundation, but always with performance transfer in mind. Mobility and movement quality are also integrated to ensure athletes can move well, stay durable, and perform at a high level over time.
