Coach J.T. is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Nutrition Coach (Pn1), and Personal Trainer (CPT). After losing 75 pounds and learning it was far more than just physical, he decided to become a coach. And after the birth of his own daughter, he realized his purpose would be much greater helping dads get fit for themselves and their family.

FAQs
This seems like more than just training... what all do I get?
This isn't just workout programming. It takes more than that to change your life, so while you do get world-class workouts, you also get nutrition coaching, weekly face-to-face support, and a community of dads who want to support each other.
How much support do I get?
We'll have weekly office hours where you can ask questions, get feedback from your coaches, and connect with other dads in the community. You'll also have constant access to coaches and the group via messaging through the TrainHeroic app.
What equipment do I need?
A conventional gym or well-equipped home gym is ideal, but all you NEED is a set of bands. We provide a guide to help build your home gym if that's your plan (it's a great one for dads!) and include swaps with each exercise so you can do the workouts no matter how much equipment you have available.
How long do the workouts take?
We pride ourselves on workout programming that is efficient and effective. We don't want you spending endless hours in the gym, so our workouts take an hour. We do provide a guide with strategies to cut that down to 30 minutes for when you're short on time,
When is a good time to start?
Now! Whenever you're ready, we're here for you. You don't have to wait for a new phase to jump in.
Is this only for people with specific goals?
Nope! Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle, or get healthier, this program will help you. The reason we provide so much support is so we can customize it to you and your goals.
