I created the Gain Train out of absolute necessity.

I NEEDED this when I started training.

I had no idea what I was doing and I just couldn't pay the hundreds of dollars per month for personal training.

When I say I "NEEDED" this when I started training, here's what I mean...

I NEEDED a coach, but I couldn't afford one.

I NEEDED a program that worked, but I didn't realize it.

I NEEDED a community who had similar goals and were willing to work as hard as I was, but I didn't find one.

I NEEDED The Gain Train, but I hadn't created it yet!

Unfortunately for me, I wasted a LOT of time and energy on bad plans, bad training, and I learned some tough lessons.

Fortunately for you, I'm committed to making sure that you don't have to make the same mistakes.

You don't have to waste your time or money!

Here's what you should expect...

You're going to be on a rolling training plan, that I am creating for you and for the hundreds of members that are on the Gain Train with us.

I will actually be creating the program in real-time, based on feedback and my own learning, and responding and improving the program as we go.

And, you'll get all of this at your fingertips too!

I'm programming a 4 day split, using basic training principles that are tried and true. I've done the work, done the research, and you'll benefit from real sports-science, making the most out of every set and rep you perform on the Gain Train.
