FAQs
Why would I take a men’s program led by a woman?
Because I don’t teach masculinity. I teach excellence. I’ve trained beside many men. I’ve buried weakness under a barbell. I’ve led in the firehouse and in life. If a strong woman leading a program makes you uncomfortable—good. That’s your first challenge.
I’m already training. What makes The Foundry different?
You're training. I'm forging. This isn’t random lifts and macros. The Foundry is a full-spectrum assault on mediocrity—discipline, strength, mindset, and grit. It’s engineered for men who want to move, think, and lead at a higher level. You don’t just lift heavier—you live harder.
Do I need to be advanced to do this?
No. You just need to be done being average. The programming scales. The standard doesn’t. If you’re willing to sweat, recover, eat like a machine, and show up with no excuses—you’ll grow into this quickly. This is for builders, not victims.
Will I get shredded?
If you earn it. This isn’t a fat loss gimmick. But if you follow the program, fuel like a savage, and recover like it matters—yes, your body will become a byproduct of your discipline. Shredded isn’t the goal. Capable is. Shredded happens along the way.
Is this just a fitness program?
Not even close. This is a recalibration of how you move, think, eat, lead, and carry yourself as a man. You’ll lift. You’ll ruck. You’ll fuel. But more than that—you’ll execute discipline, pressure-test your values, and become the man others lean on when the shit hits the fan.
