This team is for anyone looking to pack on muscle and train without any of the guesswork. I'll handle the planning, all you have to do is show up. Whether it's muscle gain, weight loss, general health, etc. LP is rolling out the gains. My goal here was to create a team of individuals set on getting better in and out of the gym, and that's exactly what we do. At Lionheart Performance, our training revolves around varying different kinds of stimuli to ensure we're always progressing.

FAQs
Who is this training for?
This programming is mainly hypertrophy-focused. So, 1RM's are not a focus for us. This is for anyone looking to make muscle gains.
How many days a week do we train?
Depends on the phase, I'd say typically around 4-5. We take rest days seriously--you aren't too alpha for a rest day.
How should I eat?
Depends on what goal you currently have (gain weight, fat loss, maintain, etc.). I can give general advice within the scope of a personal trainer to help as much as I can. However, this platform is for training.
Do you accept form checks?
Absolutely, there's a chat feature--just throw them right in there along with any questions!
How fast do you typically respond?
As Ace Ventura said, "I have the reflexes of a cat, and the speed of a mongoose." In other words, I'm fast.
What if I miss a day?
Life happens. It's no problem at all. Just crush the next one!
