The Enhanced Training Program aims to give guidance to anyone from a 16 year old athlete who has learnt the basics in weight training and wants to get the most out of their gym work to complement their sport to the 20-50 year old gym goer who is sick of following the 5 day bodybuilding split and wants to re-gain their athleticism whilst keeping their hard earned muscle.
We have in house competitions and leader boards, a complimentary strava running program, ongoing support through our state of the art PED mailing list and daily instagram exercise content.
