For the last decade, he has become renowned for getting results with athletes of all ability and level, including world champion strongwomen, UFC fighters, professional football, strongman, rugby and physique competitors. As a competitive athlete, Jack is a two-time British Natural Strongman Champion and World Natural Strongman competitor.

Tom Hamilton is a world champion powerlifter & strength coach. Working in the industry since 2010, he has helped hundreds of his clients to get stronger, feel and look better with his coaching. Taking what he has learned from others along with his own coaching and athletic experiences, he has refined this into a strength training philosophy that forms the core values of the Domin8 Athlete system.

WHAT IS DOMIN8 ATHLETE COACHING?
Domin8 Athlete is an innovative, proven and progressive programme updated weekly by Jack Lovett and Tom Hamilton. It also welcomes you into the renowned Domin8 community and all the ongoing support and camaraderie that includes.
HOW IS THE PROGRAMME DELIVERED?
The programme is delivered via Train Heroic. This will provide: – New programming each and every week – All sets, reps, intensity techniques and exercises laid out in detail for you. – Every exercise comes with its own detailed video – Built-in training logs to track your progress throughout.
IS THERE COACHING SUPPORT?
YES! Everything you need is coached right inside the app. All members of the D8 community get access to the in-app message boards to ask questions, post videos and interact with the community. We also deliver a weekly ‘Coaches Corner’ video covering the week ahead with tips on how to excel.
WHAT LEVEL OF LIFTING IS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE PROGRAMME?
We recommend you have a sound technical ability under load in the below movements: – Back Squat – Bench Press – Deadlift Variations – Military Press – Barbell Rows Whilst the ability to perform bodyweight push ups and pull ups is desirable, alternatives are provided.
IF I HAVE AN INJURY CAN THE PROGRAMME BE ADJUSTED FOR ME?
We strongly recommend you are limitation free to fully benefit from the programme. Whilst we can’t adjust to suit individual injuries, there are optional alternatives to applicable exercises throughout based upon equipment access and ability.
CAN I JOIN THE PROGRAMME ANYTIME?
Yes you can join today. There is also no need to “go back to week 1”. The programme is designed to enable you to jump in at any point within the training block.
