Every piece comes with extensive notes and movement demo videos - every single video i put up i have made personally so you dont have to listed to some guy talk about his poodle and hear its life story before you see what a Bulgarian Split Squat is.

Im a real person - youre a real person - I definitely try to write like i would talk - nobody wants a robot reading them notes on how to do a workout. if you can envision me telling you how to do the workouts - you now also have your favorite villian to cuss out after i make you do some rough piece.

This Program is the culmination of my knowledge throughout over a decade of being completely immersed in becoming the best coach - athlete - and gym owner possible.

I by no means think that this is the one MAGIC program that if you follow you will become the next Rich Froning or Sam Briggs - but I can guarantee you that I genuinely give a shit - this is my passion - and you arent just some number here.

How long is each training seession?
You should expect to train for 60 minutes per day.
Who is the training designed for?
The Cowboy Way delivers training that is programmed for athletes of all levels. Whether you are relatively new to fitness and looking for some extra work or a seasoned athlete training for sanctionals, this program will help you become the best athlete you can be.
Can I add this training to my CrossFit box's programming?
Absolutely. Use your discretion to forego certain elements of the training that clash with your box's programming if needed.
What if I miss a day of training?
We'll miss you but don't sweat it. Just jump back in when you're back and ready to train.
When should I jump in?
Today! Don't worry about waiting until a new training block begins either. Our programming is designed to accommodate members jumping in and out of the program.
