What Experience Level Is This For?
As long as you generally know how to Squat, Bench, and Deadlift, you'll be fine. Even if you're a beginner, I'll guide you through this, brother.
How often does the program change?
Every 3 months, we switch things up. We need time to allow our bodies to adapt to the shit we're doing, so any switching any quicker is stupid.
