What Experience Level Is This For?
As long as you generally know how to Squat, Bench, and Deadlift, you'll be fine. Beginners and Intermediates get the best results. If you're Advanced (+500lbs Bench), then you're probably not looking here, so yea.
Do I Need To Complete All 12 Weeks?
Do You NEED to? No. But the program is designed to taper from higher volume at the beginning to a true 1RM on the 13 week. So if you actually want to make legit gains, then yea, you should doing all 12 weeks
