FieldFit is a program designed to develop long term athletic development in a scientifically sound and logical way. This program is brought to you by coaches who have played & coached sports like soccer, aussie rules, gaelic football, hurling, hockey and rugby over a long period of time. We know what works in the long term. FieldFit will make you more athletic touching all the important elements of development to support your sport and performance - not to slow you down and drain your energy. We believe in freshness and keeping you on the pitch. Human Movement is Human Movement, being stronger, more agile, faster and more powerful is universal. Of course we lift weights, they are critical, but we also jump, sprint, build endurance, work on running technique and many other elements to athletic development. This may not look exactly like other programs you will see. The program is designed so that participants can do a little or a lot, depending where they are in their year.
