FieldFit is a program designed to develop long term athletic development in a scientifically sound and logical way. This program is brought to you by coaches who have played & coached sports like soccer, aussie rules, gaelic football, hurling, hockey and rugby over a long period of time. We know what works in the long term. FieldFit will make you more athletic touching all the important elements of development to support your sport and performance - not to slow you down and drain your energy. We believe in freshness and keeping you on the pitch. Human Movement is Human Movement, being stronger, more agile, faster and more powerful is universal. Of course we lift weights, they are critical, but we also jump, sprint, build endurance, work on running technique and many other elements to athletic development. This may not look exactly like other programs you will see. The program is designed so that participants can do a little or a lot, depending where they are in their year.

Want Speed?
We will develop your overall athleticism to make you quicker while also teach you technical drills around acceleration to make you win those 5 meter battles. All field sports have high volume of accelerations (120-250 per game), so stands to reason that if you build the strength to take off forcefully and the technique to go with it your performance will improve.

Learn to recover
If you play week to week or want to train hard, then you need to know how to recover well. We use post game strategies and recovery protocols you can dive into any time (Train Heroic allows you move your days around) and will help you recover faster from one game or heavy training to the next.

Stay Fresh, Focused & on the Field
One of the most important aspects of playing sport, is being able to actually play! There is nothing more frustrating for an athlete than being on the sideline unable to perform and influence the game. We build your ligaments, tendons and muscles to withstand the rigours of a season. We even have special mini circuits to attack any weak areas that you may personally have.

Who is this for?
Athletes from any field or court sport who wants to constantly develop and loves the training process
What if i miss a day?
Who cares? Life meant you had to miss it, your body will be happy of the rest and you can jump straight back in the next day. Our 3 level system means you can jump in and out and work it around your sport and using our wellness chart to understand how much you should do on any given day.
What should i expect on an average training day?
We are using a high-Low Training system. On high days we will lift weights, sprint and do high end conditioning. On low days we will have restoration circuits, aerobic recovery and mobility sessions. There will be 3 sessions of each, so sessions loaded 6 days of the week. You do what works for you.
Can i move days around?
Yes!!! This is a real beauty of the program. We know you have sports training and not everyone is going to train the exact same nights around the world, so you can go backwards or forwards (up to end of week) and move sessions into today to suit yourself.
How much communication will I get with the coach?
Train Heroic has a fantastic in-built messaging system that allows me your coach to answer messages on the team page or directly to me privately as well. We always get back within 24 hours.
